Documentary basis

Review based on the information and records you supply.

A local lawyer

A case report identifying issues and missing documents.

A clear scope

An initial review; subsequent procedures are agreed separately.

A CLEAR SCOPE

Understand the work your case may need.

If you need to understand a property’s records, this service offers a focused initial legal review. A local lawyer examines the supplied information and identifies issues and missing documents; conclusions depend on the adequacy of those records.

01

Based on the documents you provide

The general review covers the legal, registry and cadastral position apparent from the supplied records. Before engagement, we confirm whether the file fits the scope and which information you need to provide.

The property must be identified and the relevant documents available, including a recent registry certificate. You can first ask which records are missing; submitting an enquiry does not automatically start professional work.

02

A report prepared by a local lawyer

You receive a brief case report prepared by a local lawyer, identifying documentary issues and missing information. The follow-up discussion explains those findings within the agreed scope.

The report does not replace a physical inspection or independently establish boundaries, measurements or technical conditions. Nor does it automatically confirm that a deed or procedure will be accepted.

03

When further work is needed

A deed, inheritance matter, regularization, easement or release may require an additional engagement. The report helps identify what needs confirmation, but does not include carrying out those procedures.

If the records are complex or insufficient, we explain this and define the appropriate scope before proceeding. Additional work is not included without an agreed proposal.

04
